Miranda Lambert having some fun with her fans.

Last week, the 39-year-old country star stopped her concert when she spotted a fan taking a selfie instead of watching her performance.

“I’m gonna stop right here for a second, I’m sorry,” she said. “These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song.”

Miranda continued, “It’s pissing me off a little bit. Sorry, I don’t like it. At all. We’re here to hear some country music tonight. I’m singing some country damn music.”

The situation caused a stir on social media, with some fans coming to Miranda‘s defense while others called out her behavior.

During a recent concert, Miranda reacted to a fan who’s shirt referenced the situation.

Miranda Lambert Gets Husband Brendan McLoughlin's Support at ACM Awards 2023!

It’s going to be a big night for Miranda Lambert, who is one of the most-nominated artists of the evening!

The 39-year-old country singer was joined by her husband Brendan McLoughlin while hitting the red carpet at the 2023 Academy of Country Music Awards on Thursday night (May 11) at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.

Miranda will be performing tonight and she’s also nominated for four awards – Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year for Palomino, Female Artist of the Year, and Artist-Songwriter of the Year.

Last year, Miranda completed her Triple-Crown Award after winning Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year and New Female Vocalist of the Year throughout her career.

The ACM Awards will be free to stream live for a global audience across 240+ countries and territories exclusively on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch. The full rebroadcast will stream the next day for free on Amazon Freevee.
